HealthTracker does not currently claim HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or medical-device certification. Privacy and security obligations depend on where a user is located, how the service is used, and the legal role of each party.

We provide account access, correction, export, and deletion tools. Requests are assessed under the privacy laws applicable to the user and our operations, including Australian requirements where relevant.
HealthTracker is not presently offered as a contracted clinical platform for covered entities, healthcare organizations, employers, or facilities. We do not advertise a Business Associate Agreement or signed Data Processing Agreement as part of the standard consumer service.
An organization with regulatory, procurement, hosting, residency, audit, retention, or contractual requirements should contact us and complete its own assessment before adopting HealthTracker for an organizational workflow.
